Please submit your tax forms through the UPLOAD FILE button below, or dropped off at the office by 11 am the day before your appointment, otherwise your appointment will be canceled. Documents required for new clients:

• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License or ID
• Bank account and routing number
• W2’s
• If you are a homeowner: Form 1098 and Form 1099-INT
• If you and/or your dependents attended college in 2024: Form 1098-T
• Last year’s tax return for 2023
• If you are claiming any dependents: their social security card, birth certificate, or their date of birth.
• Also, any other tax documents that you received for 2024.
